We were doing rolly pollies or they can be called forward rolls. You had to tuck your body and not land on your head.

Healthy Halloween!!

Today P1/2 were very busy making some healthy halloween snacks!

They remembered to wash their hands before starting to get rid of the germs!

They made….

Pumpkins  – using tangerines and celery!

Ghosts – using bananas and chocolate drops!

Ghouls Mouth – using apple, jam and mini marshmallows!

Miss Kinloch was very impressed that nearly all the boys and girls tried all their snacks including the celery!

Here we are making our Spooky Snacks…

A Visit To The Co-Op

Today P1 and P1/2 went on a local walk to the co-op. We had to walk to get there. We had to walk past the park, the butchers and lots of people. We were going to the co-op to see our Halloween Artwork.

When we got there we had to look carefully to find them. P1 found their bats on the wall and P1/2 found their skeletons on the wall behind the till.

The manager came to speak to us. She said she is coming into the school with some prizes to give out. She has 3 prizes to give out for the artwork the school has done.

We enjoyed going to the co-op. We were happy to see our artwork and it was exciting.
