Primary 2 are excited to begin their year and are looking forward to sharing all their learning with you.
The boys and girls in P2 have been revising their 2D and 3D shapes. They have enjoyed searching the school grounds looking for shapes. They found lots! They have also been using 2D shapes to make repeat patterns in class.
What a great party!!! Primary 2 and Primary 3 had a wonderful Christmas party this afternoon. We sang and danced to The Grand Old Duke of York, playing musical arms, corners, pass the parcel and even had a dancing competition. I think there will be some tired boys and girls tonight! 4 more sleeps to go 🙂
This week it was P2, P3, P5 and P7’s newstimes. A great opportunity for the boys and girls to share their learning in class with their parents and the rest of the school. Well done everyone!
Primary Two have been mixing yellow and red paint to make a range of different shades of orange. They used their new orange paint mix to paint fish templates to add to our ‘Under the Sea’ display.
