PATHS

Every week we celebrate our PATHS kid by complimenting them on how much we like different things about them, we celebrate how we are all good friends and hard workers and get to take these lovely compliments home as a poster that Mr Hughes creates with all of our lovely and kind words about each other.

PE

Term 3

This term we will be revisiting gymnastics, specifically looking at the apparatus that we may use and how we can increase our confidence on them.

We are also looking at ball and bat games, building our hand-eye coordination as well as strategies when playing in team games like cricket, baseball and rounders.

Before moving to our last term of the year we are hoping to improve our fitness levels as we make different circuits to build up our strength, improve our cardiovascular fitness and our muscular endurance!

Term 2

Our class love to be physically active and we make sure we do some form of exercising every day. In the hall we have been performing lots of different gymnastics routines, learning why strength, balance and technique are very important in the sport. We were able to perform fantastic routines and loved doing our gymnastic circuit that let us show Mr Hughes our favourite roles as well as how good we are at balancing and bouncing as well as how strong we are on the ropes.
