During these times of uncertainty many of our routines will be affected. Our daily schedule which can revolve around going to work; looking after our families and going to the shops has been disrupted which can leave us with a feeling of detachment and loss.

It is crucial that we spend time adapting to our new environment and look after ourselves. For some of us this may mean reading a book; having a bath or watching a binge-worthy tv show on Netflix; however the fact that our choice to do what we want and when may make these luxuries appear rather forced.
