I would like to acknowledge the amount of volunteering and additional support that Greenwood Academy staff and pupils give to families in the local community.  Our Greenwood Appeal and community volunteering provides much needed support, ensuring that families do not go without or struggle.  

Our Guidance Team, Pupil Support Team, Youth Worker, area Inclusion Worker and other key staff link with identified families to support with learning and other pastoral issues impacting on family life.  Everyone benefits from this through the strengthening of relationships and community links.
