Following a full curriculum review and engagement with pupils, staff, parents and partners we decided to make changes to our curriculum.   A new structure was introduced in the Broad General Education at the beginning of 2020-21 to ensure that there were clear pathways through to the senior phase. We also made changes to the number of qualifications on offer in S4, reviewed the S5/6 curriculum and developed a new curriculum rationale for S4-6.

The Greenwood Academy curriculum provides opportunities for pupils to develop the knowledge, skills and attributes for learning, life and work in the 21st century with an emphasis on positive destinations.
