Pupils are supported to develop their career management skills across the school.  In Personal and Social Education classes they receive inputs about identifying their skills, qualities and areas of strength.   Pupils are introduced to the My World of Work website to support option choices and career options.

In subjects, teachers share information about career pathways and job opportunities.

SDS careers advisers work in partnership with Greenwood Academy staff, delivering career guidance to enable young people from S1-S6 to develop their Career Management Skills.
