Updated Frequently Asked Questions – Lateral Flow Testing

Should I still take part in the asymptomatic testing programme if I have recently tested positive for coronavirus?

No. If individuals have recently (within 90 days) tested positive for coronavirus, they should not take part in the regular testing.

We also received the following from Public Health today:

Anyone who has had a positive PCR in the previous 90 days should not be re-tested in this programme until the 90 days have lapsed.

The Schools programme is not for individuals who are symptomatic and tests should not be used in those circumstances.
