iPay – School Dinner Payment System

To reduce the responsibility of pupils handling cash, Moray Council has set up an online payment system for school meals.

This only applies to pupils that pay for school meals from P4 to P7.  If your child is entitled to free school meals then you are not required to pay but you can still access this system to see the menu choices your child has made.

Accessing iPay

When your child reaches Primary 4, the school will send a letter out with instructions to setup an iPay account along with a username and password.

To access the iPay system, please go to https://online.moray.gov.uk/site/wss/request/ipayimpact

This service can also be used if your child receives free school meals – including all P1 – P3 pupils – this will enable you to see a meal history and use it in the future for other payments.

If you require access to your child’s account and don’t have any login details, please contact the school by email at admin.linkwoodp@moray-edunet.gov.uk  and we will send this information to you.

Pre-paid ticket refunds

If you have pre-purchased dinner tickets and no longer require them, please contact the school and they will arrange for the catering department to reimburse any credit on the account.

Cash / cheque payments

We will continue to accept cash or cheques for school meals, if you prefer to pay this way.  Please ensure that this is in a sealed envelope with your child’s name, class and the amount enclosed.  This will then be passed to the catering department to process.
