There are currently three textbooks that are available to help you study. You don’t have to buy any of them, but if you prefer to study from a book then you might want to buy one of them:

	SQA Specimen Paper 2013 National 5 Computer Science and Model Papers As this is the first year of National 5 Computing Science, there aren’t any actual past papers. This book contains specimen and sample question similar to the ones you will find in your prelim and final exam. Here is a link to Amazon where you can purchase this book for around £9. 	How to Pass National 5 Computing Science The book contains notes for both units, however the Information Systems Design and Development Unit notes aren’t very detailed. Here is a link to Amazon where you can purchase this book for around £11. (other bookshops are available)
