All staff at Rainbow Family Centre are passionate about supporting every child to reach their full potential.  In the 3-5 room, staff use a range of methods to nurture and support every child’s learning and development.

We have developed our approaches to planning using a range of guidance which includes:

• Planning in the Moment

From the outset, staff will strive to ensure that you feel included in your child’s learning journey. Your child will be allocated a keyworker who will record their achievements within their personal learning journey which you are free to look through at any time.

To ensure that our planning is relevant to your child’s needs their keyworker will work with you to identify areas of their learning that require support or further challenge.
