What you need:
- Balloon
- Ruler
- String
Work in pairs.
1.Inhale as much air as you can and blow up the balloon.
2.Pinch the end of the balloon so as NOT to let the air escape.
3.Put the string around the widest part of the balloon and measure the length of it using a ruler.
4.Exercise for 5 minutes.
5.Blow up the balloon again and re-measure the circumference after exercising.
