Institute of Physics (IOP): Physics Central: Waves (11-16)
This session is for everyone supporting physics teaching and will focus on teaching about waves to students between ages 11 and 16. We will be thinking about the common misconceptions and the problems & pitfalls for teachers, and how you can embed good practice into the work of your whole department. We will highlight the topic’s unmissable messages and discuss some possible coaching techniques. And of course, how to make physics inclusive will underpin all we do!
