Abercorn Secondary School -The school was successful in being awarded an Enhancing professional learning in STEM grant. Their focus was to develop staff understanding ad application of STEM within additional support needs school settings. They worked in partnership with Merkland School and Kilpatrick Schools to create an online portal that features suggested activities under each area of STEM and in outdoor learning. It also includes a variety of links to external websites with more ideas and professional learning for practitioners. You can access the online portal here.
