This is an interesting post with lots of different ideas coming together, contributing to your desire to becoming a teacher. I was impressed with your observation skills, particular in reference on the use of teacher voice.
My question which I would be interested to discuss further is what role do you think grades and assessments play within a classroom? I ask this as you refer to your motivation and I wonder if it was less to do with the grades, and rather the relationship which inspired you to do well at school?! Do not worry, there is no right answer to this just something to think about…
