As preparations continue for our upcoming ski trip, we are asking all parents/carers to complete some important steps to ensure that we have the necessary information for every pupil travelling.

📋 Action Required – Friday 30th October

There are two important tasks for parents/carers to complete:

1. Complete the Pupil Information Form by Friday 30th October

The form collects essential information, including passport and medical information, allergies and dietary requirements, ski equipment measurements, and skiing ability. Pupils who need assistance taking their measurements can visit Mr Jack’s classroom, where measuring equipment will be available.

2. Provide GHIC/EHIC Information

Parents/carers are also asked to provide a clear photograph or screenshot of their child’s valid GHIC or EHIC, ensuring that it remains valid for the duration of the trip.

If your child does not currently have a GHIC or EHIC, please check their eligibility and apply, where appropriate, as soon as possible. Applications through the official NHS service are free of charge.

If your child is not eligible for a UK GHIC/EHIC, please contact Mr Jack by email.
