HOW DOES THE ONLINE MODEL SUPPORT THE NATIONAL MODEL FOR PROFESSIONAL LEARNING?

• we have a vast array of information available to us online, enquiry is very accessible and can be shared amongst colleagues very easily
• we can build upon our own professional learning and log this in our blogs.
• We can share and encourage each other through sharing different professional readings.

• I can empower other colleagues to lead change
• I am a valued member of a school community
• I can be creative
• I can put my passions into practice
• I can work with colleagues and collaborate on shared interests
• I have autonomy over my practise
• I am trusted
• I have the freedom to take risks
• I am able to make mistakes in a supportive and professionally critical environment .
