P3a Knights and Castles Trip

P3a had an absolutely fantastic trip to the Burrell Collection yesterday. They learned a lot about knights and even got to try on and hold some of the armour! There were some great activities for them to do too! Here are some of the photos to show you what we got up to.

P5a and British Science Week

P5a have been very busy during British Science Week. We started off doing mathematical challenges and finished Monday planting cress, sunflowers, peppers, carrots, spring onions, lettuce and cucumbers.

On Tuesday we spent time with the P4 class playing our Senate and Nine Men Morris games that we designed and created.

On Wednesday we participated in a West OS live lesson when we learned all about density and we were able to create a lava lamp.

On Thursday we ‘Let it Fly’ and created our own aeroplanes, helicopters and gliders.
