ACHIEVING NURTURING KIND SAFE

Play In Our Playground

Investing in children’s play is one of the most important things we can do to improve children’s health and wellbeing. Breaks and lunchtimes are a vital part of children’s play opportunity. We want to transform these opportunities by  transforming our playground. Over the next few months you may see or hear about changes in our playground. One of the first changes is the introduction of Loose Parts Play. We have started to introduce elements of this already and it has gone down very well with our pupils. Who knew a few bread crates in a playground could result in so much fun for and creativity from our pupils.
