Congratulations to our P6 and P7s who took part in a Badminton Festival at Springburn Academy. They played some brilliant badminton and did themselves and our school proud!
Primary 6 had a great time at our Halloween Party. Lots of prizes were won and we enjoyed games and treats.
The Health Heroes have been reminding classes that “Wake Up Shake Up” will be on a Wednesday morning at 8.30am. Please come along and join us. This is a great way to start the day and keep ourselves fit and healthy.
This week our spelling focus has been “ea” words. Our test results have been excellent and lots of us have earned dojos for super spelling. Our active spelling tasks and homework activities are paying off! In maths we have been revising our tables. They are very important as they help us solve so many problems in maths. Well done to Michael who was our “Hit The Button” champion. Please keep on practising
Parent’s night is coming up soon! Please check your child’s school bag for letters. The dates are the 9th and 16th of November. Once you have selected the day that suits send the letter back to class teachers. We look forward to meeting with you all to discuss your child’s progress.
Well done to everyone in Clyde who were this term’s house winners. Children and families were invited to an afternoon at the park where they took part in a treasure hunt, enjoyed some treats and played with friends. A great afternoon was had by all. A special thank you to all the parents who gave up their time to celebrate with us.
