Day 6- stay classy P3

Good morning, everyone.  I hope you had a relaxing and fun weekend.  It’s the start of a new week and we’ll begin with some fun and  easy activities.

Task 1: Firstly, check out the St Albert’s Infants YouTube channel for some great activities.  In particular we’ll focus on the fantastic musical sensation that is Claire.  She’s taking us through one our favourite songs.  Remember, you can change the words to suit your own mood!
Most importantly, when you’ve finished watching and singing with her you have shout “We love you, Claire!” Like we always do!

Task 2: Build your own robot.

This is an activity you can do indoors or outdoors.  Using whatever you can get your hands on, build your very own robot.  If you’re outdoors then see if you can make your robot out of sticks, stones, mud etc.  Indoors, use pots, pans, tinfoil, cardboard boxes, anything at all.  This is a brilliant activity to do with more than one person.  You could work as a team, or build ones separately and compare them.  When you have finished then do a 1 minute presentation about your robot.  What’s it called?  What’s it made out of? What’s so special about it?

If you have access to Twitter you could post a photo of your robot and tag @stalbertsP3 so we can all see you.  Remember to get adult’s permission first.

Task 3: Also, here’s the YouTube link to my Guided Relaxation.  Taking time to allow your body and mind to relax is really important.  Try it for 5 minutes everyday, it’ll help with your general happiness and positive mood.

See you all again tomorrow!
