Digital Schools Award

Tulliallan is a school with national ‘Digital School’ status. We recognise the importance of digital technology for the present and future of our learners; this award programme shows that, as a school, we integrate digital technology across our learning and teaching and that we are committed to continually improving our understanding and use of digital technology as a school community.

We first received our Digital Schools Award in May 2018 when we hosted a Digital Schools Award ceremony where 35 Primary Schools and 3 Secondary Schools were recognised for their digital achievements. The event was attended by industry representatives and Shirley-Anne Somerville who was, at that point, Minister for Further Education, Higher Education and Science.

Since then, we are delighted that our nursery was the first nursery in Fife to achieve their Digital Schools Award which they received in September 2019.

It doesn’t stop there…we are currently progressing to achieving a new ‘badge’ from the Digital Schools Award which acknowledges work on cyber resilience and internet safety.

We are grateful to our Digital Leaders who have been taking a lead on this important work.
