Useful Information:
- Reading – In line with our new guided reading approach, children will keep reading folders and records in class, however they will have a choice of reading books to take home and enjoy with family.
- PE days – Please wear gym kit on a Monday (More information about uniform expectations is on the school website).
- Outdoor learning days – Our Outdoor learning day is a Friday. Please dress appropriately for the weather, waterproofs and suitable footwear are essential. Outdoor learning clothes may get muddy or wet. No hoodies please. (More information about uniform expectations is on the school website)
- Water bottles are encouraged to stay hydrated during the day. They should contain water only, no juice thank you.
- Mrs Hynd lead the learning on a THURSDAY afternoon.
Key dates for the term:
- Thu 10 Sept – OPEN DOORS: an opportunity for families to come and meet Ms Helfer and see our classroom.
- Wed 7 Oct – Parents evening 1
- Thu 8 Oct – Parents evening 2
