St Leonard’s Nursery

Nursery is all about exploration, discovery, active learning and being creative, in other words the children are ‘Learning by Doing’.
At St. Leonard’s Nursery we aim to:
  • Inspire a love of learning through providing a rich, stimulating curriculum, ensuring high quality teaching, and learning experiences for all learners.
  • Provide a welcoming and nurturing environment which enables every child to meet with success and where achievements are celebrated.
  • Equip children with skills for life and for the future through developing a positive attitude to learning and encouraging qualities of resilience and perseverance.
  • Enable all children to achieve their full potential by meeting their physical, intellectual, and social and emotional needs, ensuring excellence and equity for all.
  • Work in partnership with parents, across the community and with partner agencies.
St Leonard’s is a nut free school and nursery, and we ask that children do not bring in snacks that contain nuts.
