Our new Digital Leaders

This session, our Primary 6 year group will become the new Digital Leaders for Rimbleton Primary School.

All primary 6 pupils have been given contributor rights to our school website and they are learning the necessary skills to create blog posts.

Last week the p6 class logged into Glow blogs and had an attempt at creating and submitting a post for review. Due to the number of fantastic blogs submitted we have decided to publish one with the class tomorrow. This will demonstrate to our pupils exactly how the process works and allow them to see how their work can appear on the website.

Primary 6 are looking forward to learning more skills to enhance their posts and they are excited to keep parents and carers up-to-date with events happening in school.

The Rimbleton Reindeer

This lovely Reindeer arrived in our staffroom today and brought a letter for the teachers to read to the children in their class.

Each school day in December our Rimbleton Reindeer will appear in a different class and encourage the children within that class to spread some Christmas joy and cheer by doing something kind.

We’re excited to find out which class he will visit first.

Visit the link below during December to find out where the Reindeer has been each day.

Our Primary 7 Reporters would like to share their video report of the Big Breakfast celebration today..
