This week, Primary 6 had an exciting and active week of learning!
On Thursday, we enjoyed our school trip to Lochore Meadows, where we took part in mountain biking and canoeing. Everyone showed great determination, teamwork and enthusiasm while trying these outdoor activities. It was fantastic to see pupils challenging themselves and building their confidence.
In Health and Wellbeing, we have been learning about food labels and how to make healthy choices. We explored the information found on packaging and discussed how it can help us make informed decisions about the foods we eat.
In Numeracy, we have been investigating patterns and developing our skills in interpreting data from charts and graphs. We practised analysing information, spotting trends and explaining what the data tells us.
This week also marked our final Bikeability session. Throughout the programme, pupils have developed important cycling skills and road safety awareness. Well done to everyone for their effort and commitment during the course.
During Loose Parts, we used our creativity and problem-solving skills to design and build new inventions to help protect endangered animals. We worked collaboratively to think of innovative ways to support wildlife and their habitats.
It has been a busy and enjoyable week, and we are very proud of all the hard work, enthusiasm and positive attitudes shown by Primary 6! š“āāļøš¶š¾šš
