Information has been emailed to parents/carers and it is important that you discuss your choices at home prior to your appointment. Yoga for Managing Exam Stress – Senior School (Mrs Patton)
Starting after school Tuesday 25 February, 3.40pm – 4.15pm. I will be starting a yoga class for senior exam pupils where we will be focusing on how to use yoga techniques to help manage exam stress. No yoga experience is necessary and all equipment will be provided. If you want to find out more, please come and see me in B21. I will sort the room location once I have a better idea of numbers.
Fife Festival of Music (Mrs Simpson)

Article 27: Healthy Food – Free Food (Mrs Young)
We are trying to reduce food waste therefore can you please come along to D2 at the end of each day to make use of the free food that is available. This will include food that has been cooked in home economics as well as fresh food that needs to be used up. This will be available every day on a first come first served basis and will help make sure food does not get binned which is good for us and the environment! There is usually even more excess on a Friday so get down ASAP!

One of your happy, smiling chemistry teachers will be available Tuesday 3:30-4:30pm in either of A4, A5, or A6 for all your questions, queries and conundrums. You could also simply use this as a quiet place to study, or even get that homework task completed that you’ve been putting off since the dawn of time. All welcome!

We present a weekly show on Kirkcaldy’s radio station, K107FM every Wednesday. You could be involved. We meet every Wednesday in A4 (Dr Murray’s room in Science) to plan the show. Come along and bring your lunch! See Dr M for a lunch/building pass.
