So far we have been enjoying learning our sounds and working on tricky jobs using the sounds we have learned. We love reading and being sound detectives in books and other texts.

In number we are enjoying learning all about numbers 0-10. We are working on one-to-one correspondence, counting on forwards and backwards, number formation and recognition.

We are learning to understand pattern, size, ordering and the properties of 2D shape.

We love learning in French and can sing head, shoulders, knees and toes!

We love coming into the classroom in the morning to see which learning through play challenges we have.

We love snack and lunch time playing with our new friends.

We love going to the forest, science and gym time.

We are such busy bee’s in Primary 1!
