Mind Moose is an interactive, digital tool to support children’s mental health & wellbeing. The resources involves going on journeys and completing various activities with Mind Moose and his friends. In doing so, children can earn certificates and badges, and  can also complete ‘Moose Missions’ which help them apply what they have learned to their life at home or school.

In this way, Mind Moose helps children:

  • Understand how their minds work
  • Develop self-awareness and self-worth
  • Understand how to manage their emotions
  • Learn how to solve problems and build resilience

Every child’s work is stored in their virtual ‘backpack’ which can be viewed by their teacher to provide insight into each child’s mental and emotional wellbeing. Mind Moose is suitable for children aged 5-12, with evidence suggesting it to be useful in supporting children transitioning from primary to secondary school.
