Aye Feel – Supports young people’s emotional wellbeing by providing advice on sleep, stress, anxiety, body image, mindfulness, grief, bereavement support etc 

See Me – Supports young people to understand their feelings and reach out for support. See Us is a movement that encourages people to come together to take action against mental health stigma and discrimination 

NHS Inform – Self-help guides for a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, OCD, `bereavement, self-esteem etc 

Mind to Mind – Supports the general adult population by offering tips and advice from people with lived experience of mental health issues alongside signposting for further support

Together Let’s Care for your Mental Health – Developed by NHS 24, Police Scotland, and the Scottish Ambulance Service as part of a joint response to the Scottish Government Mental Health Strategy 2017-2027. Information is available for various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, alcohol, gambling, and drugs

NHS 24 Mental Health Hub – Call 111 and follow telephone prompts to receive support from a team of of Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWPs) and Mental Health Nurses. The Mental Health Hub is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for those in need of urgent out of hours support

Breathing Space – Out of hours confidential telephone support line. Aimed at adults aged 16+ to provide a listening ear and support to those struggling with their mental health.

Samaritans – Provide free, confidential support 24/7 for anyone that needs it. Their website provides a range of support including a self-help app, a free phone line support service (call 116 123), and support groups for those bereaved by suicide

Mind: Side by Side – Supports anyone aged 18+ experiencing a mental health problem. It offers an online community where you can listen, share, and be heard
