Kooth offers digital mental health & wellbeing support to children and young people aged 10-18 in Falkirk. The support includes access to self-help articles, anonymous community support via the discussion board feature, and an option to access professional support from a trained counsellor through the live chat function. The website can be used by members 24/7 and counsellors are available until 10pm every evening. All posts submitted are checked by staff to ensure the content does not break community guidelines.
