The Personal Development Team is part of the Pupil Support Team. The team consists of Mr Muirhead (Principal Teacher);  and four pupil support assistants, Mrs Iqbal, Mrs Singh, Mrs Watt, who work with class teachers supporting pupils experiencing social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. Support for some pupils is extended to small or individual base group sessions where planned programmes of work are undertaken. This is in line with Scottish Executive guidelines and East Renfrewshire’s Policy of Equality and Inclusion. Through our individual working agreements with classroom teachers, we aim to contribute to the school’s stated values of respect, responsibility, fairness, integrity and ambition.
