Constance Care is a family run home care provider. Our clients are predominantly frail elderly people with Dementia and Adults with life limiting conditions, mental health conditions or physical/learning disabilities. We support them to live independently in their own homes assisting with daily living such as washing, dressing, toileting, continence care, medication support, domestic support and much more. Job description: CM2000 is an IT/Tele-monitoring System which monitors Care Workers locations and Schedules, promoting safe staff allocation, high standards of compliance and effective Home Carer Staff allocation/time management throughout the East Renfrewshire and Renfrewshire areas. The purpose of this role is to manage and reconcile all CM2000 data on a daily basis, using our in-house CM2000 and Carefree systems. Record, report and analyse data in line with policies and processes in place. For this role you would be required to engage with field based Care Workers, Managers and Senior Managers to positively undertake and promote duties and compliance, therefore an excellent telephone manner and strong organisation skills are essential for this role although full training and SVQ training is provided. Although the main duties of this role will be focusing on CM2000, other office duties will be involved ranging from: Answering/Transferring Calls Processing Mail Filing/faxing and emailing Typing up Clients Personal Care Plans Minute taking The successful candidate should have: A minimum of National 5 in English and a further 2 relevant subjects at National 5 (or equivalent) eg Administration, Computing, Business Management, Accounting and Finance is essential Strong Microsoft Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal Multi-tasking and numeracy skills The ability to work to deadlines/effective time management skills Able to work on own initiative Some experience in a work place Experience of CM2000 or similar systems is (desirable) Smart and tidy appearance Polite telephone manner Good IT skills As this is a Modern Apprenticeship applicants should be aged 16-19 years old.
