Hotel Receptionist

The Eglington Arms in Eaglesham is currently looking to recruit a full time Receptionist for their busy boutique hotel. This position is a maternity cover on a full time basis.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Hotel reception experience
  • Chatty and cheerful demeanour
  • Computer literate
  • Numerate and used to cash handling
  • Multi tasking ability
  • Good organisational skills
  • Self motivation and able to work on own initiative

Responsibilities of a Hotel Receptionist:

  • Enthusiasm, first point of contact
  • Ensure high standard of genuine customer care
  • Create a positive guest experience
  • Liaise with other departments
  • To be aware of and promote all services offered in the hotel
  • Carry out administrative tasks
