You don’t need to be a tech expert already – just interested in how technology shapes the world and keen to learn. **What you’ll be doing** You’ll join our Project Management Office team, working four days a week at IBM and studying one day a week at university. You’ll learn how real projects run while getting hands‑on experience with: Planning and coordinating projects Tracking budgets, costs and project performance Analysing data and creating reports and dashboards Working with clients, teams and partners Helping run meetings, workshops and events Managing risks, issues and project documentation Supporting procurement and supplier relationships Spotting ways to improve how things are done You’ll build real skills in project management, communication, technology, teamwork, leadership and business operations.
