Today in P2a we braved the windy weather and went on a search for living and non-living things. We found lots of things that fit into the category of non-living because they didn’t have all 7 living characteristics. Below you can see some of the non-living things we discovered.
We also found lots of living things!
We also came across some things that used to be living but aren’t anymore.
Thank you for keeping up with our adventures during Science Week. We are excited for tomorrow as we have some special visitors coming in!

Today we carried out experiments to test our senses.Â
First we had to listen to different sounds and guess what they were. We then had to smell jars that were covered in foil and guess what was inside. Next we tasted different juices and guessed which flavour they were. We then felt inside a bag and guessed what was in it. Lastly we put a blindfold on and talked about what it felt like to not have the sense of sight.Â

Today in P2a we have created a Bow Shop. We have used different materials to create hair bows. We priced our products and are going to sell them to our friends using fake money.Â
 
Today we enjoyed sharing what we had been learning at our Scottish themed class assembly. Â We hope you had as much fun as we did!
