Election Week in P2!

In P2 this week we held an election!

This week we have been learning about voting in elections – Harry M

We created political parties. We came up with names, logos and manifestos – Arran

We listened to the Party Leaders as they gave their campaign speeches –  Morgan

We then decided who we wanted to vote for – Molly

We had to put an X in the box for the party that we were voting for – Mano

We had to fold our ballot paper and put it into the ballot box – Abdul-Rehman

Today Miss Edmonstone came along to our class and announced the winning party! Well done to The Trusted Party who came in first place.

We learned about Suffragettes this week and Peggy brought in her fabulous costume to show us!
