In Numeracy, we have been learning how to solve vertical calculations using our knowledge of tens and units.

‘An acrostic poem is when you have a word and each line begins with one letter from the word. Our word was Autumn.’ – Gurleen

‘In Autumn, my first sentence began with A and then the second sentence began with U.’ – Jace

We are reaching towards the end of our Stone Age topic. We had the opportunity to present our own Stone Age houses to our class! Have a look at our masterpieces! We have linked all our previous learning to create our houses.

‘We put all our effort in to make a real life Stone Age house!’ – Adam

‘We only used natural resources to make our Stone Age houses such as leaves, sticks and cardboard.’ – Scarlett
