Welcome to our first ever class blog! We have had a fun filled busy couple of weeks settling in and getting used to our new routines.
Barnaby bear was delighted to meet so many new friends.

There have been lots of super discussions about what we want our class to look like. We have been learning about our rights with the girls and boys thinking carefully about;
-the right to play
-the right to learn
-the right to be safe
We came up with some important class rules altogether after discussing our rights and even decided on some class helper jobs. 
“I wanted a mini garden to play in” – Grace C
” We were putting our hand in paint for our class jobs.” – Erin
There have been lots of opportunities to find out a little bit more about each other.
“We were going around and asking each other if they had things like cats” – Ava
Some outdoor fun and P.E.
We have been trying some new literacy jobs. 
” We were playing the word game, by flipping them over and finding the right ones that we had”. – Connie
We have been revising our days of the week and months of the year.
“We had to line the envelopes up by the days of the week”. – Noelle 
There has been lots of new games and toys to explore in our new play areas.
