Teenage Booster Immunisations
On Monday 16th March the DTP (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Polio) and MenACWY (Meningococcal) vaccinations will be administered by NHS staff in school to S3 girls and boys .
There will also be a catch up DTP/MenACWY vaccination for certain S4 – S6 pupils, along with a catch up HPV for certain S1 – S6 pupils.
Parents/carers should have received in advance an NHS parent information and consent pack, which explains the immunisation programme.
Pupils should attend school on Monday 16th March wearing a short-sleeved shirt or their PE polo shirt underneath their shirt.
Please ensure that pupils eat breakfast before coming to school and have plenty of water to keep hydrated.
