First Steps to Sport and Fitness (No entry requirements)
First Steps to Sport is an introductory new course designed to provide you with the opportunity to progress onto a range of NC Sport and Fitness Courses at West College Scotland. The course will provide an introductory experience into Sport and Fitness at College.
Sport and Fitness: Level 4 (Entry requirements, 3 National 4’S)
This course is designed to give students an insight into Sport and Fitness. The course will include Nutrition, Mental Health, Sporting Activities, Event Planning and Fitness Training.
Advanced Sport and Fitness (Entry requirements, 3 National 5’s)
This course is designed to give students a more in-depth knowledge and understanding on Sport and Fitness. The course will include; Contemporary Fitness and Exercise Methods,Coping Strategies for Mental Health, Sports mechanics, Sporting Activities and Event Planning.
