National 5 / 4 Hospitality

The National 5 Hospitality course aims enables learners to proficiently use a range of cookery skills, food preparation techniques and cookery processes. The learner develops an understanding of the characteristics and sustainability of ingredients and current dietary advice relating to the use of ingredients.
To  gain the award of the course, candidates must pass a final SQA practical assignment and question paper.
