Your child has taken part in a Judo Taster Session today.
We would like to offer your child an opportunity to experience a new sport in your area. This programme is a partnership between East Renfrewshire Active Schools and ProJudo Club. The objective is to introduce beginners to Judo and establish a new judo club in Our Lady of the Missions Primary School for the local community.
ProJudo has been established since 2006, with 19 clubs it is the largest Judo provider in schools throughout the West of Scotland. All coaches are fully qualified and the organisation has a pathway in place to progress children from grass roots to performance athletes.
The OLM Judo Club will commence Tues 30th January at the following venue and times:
Venue: Our Lady of the Missions Primary School
Day: Tuesday
Time: 4.00-4.50pm P1-P3
4.50-5.50pm P4-P7
If your child is interested in attending the above sessions please email Brian Long at admin@projudo.co.uk and state your child’s name and age. The block will run for 4 weeks at a cost of £12 (introductory offer) and this fee should be paid on the first week. After the initial 4week block, you child will have the opportunity to join the new Our Lady of the Missions Judo club which will remain at the same venue and timeslot.
Please note that these clubs do not interfere with the P2 blocks currently being organised at 3:10pm.
