P1 Monday 6th June 6.30pm to 7.30pm
P2 Tuesday 7th June 6.30pm to 7.30pm
P3 Wednesday 8th June 6.30pm to 7.30pm
P4 Monday 6th June 7.45pm to 9pm
P5 Tuesday 7th June 7.45pm to 9pm
P6 Wednesday 8th June 7.45pm to 9pm

Cost?              £3 pay on the night (to include juice and chocolate bar)

Thank you for all the offers of help. The PSA have contacted all helpers required by text or email. If you have not been contacted we will not need your help but thank you all for volunteering.

There is enough capacity for all children so if you have not responded so far your child can still attend. £3 will be collected on the door.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – DROP OFF / COLLECTION ARRANGEMENTS

Entry and exit will be through the main entrance only.

All children must be signed in on entry in the Mensa. At the end, children will be seated in their class groups in the gym hall and should be collected and signed out. All children must be collected by an adult.
