Your child has the opportunity to attend a P4 – P7 Hockey Club on a Tuesday after school outside in the MUGA. Participants should wear appropriate clothing to the club (for eg. Tracksuit bottoms, shorts, trainers, waterproof jacket) and also bring a filled water bottle.  The details of the club are as follows:

Dates:  9^th Sept, 16^th Sept, 23^rd Sept, 30^th Sept, 7^th Oct, 21^st Oct, 28^th Oct, 4^th Nov, 11^th Nov, 18^th Nov, 25^th Nov, 2^nd Dec (12 weeks)
Cost: £12 for the block           
Time: 3.10 – 4.10

 Places are limited. In the event of the club being over subscribed, names will be drawn at random and children will be notified if they have a place. 

 If your child is interested in attending, please complete and return the interest form below to the school office by Wednesday 3^rd September.  The forms will then be drawn and the relevant children will receive a consent form to complete. Please do not include any money until you have received notification of a place.
