New Lanark World Heritage Centre Primary 4 Tuesday 30th April 2013

The children have enjoyed their work on the River Clyde this year and we have arranged an exciting visit to the New Lanark World Heritage Centre next Tuesday.
All four classes will be going together and will have a guided tour focusing on the River Clyde, visits to Robert Owen’s School and a self led tour of the Visitor Centre, including the Annie McLeod Ride. We shall leave school at 9.00am and leave New Lanark at 2.15pm arriving back at school for 3.10pm.

  • Cost of the trip is £5 for the workshop and part of the transport costs
  • There is a shop in the Visitor Centre. If you wish your child to buy a small souvenir, we would recommend a maximum of £2
  • Packed lunch is required, in a disposable bag, if possible
  • School uniform to be worn
  • If you have an East Renfrewshire Disclosure/PVG Certificate and are able to come along to assist, please indicate on the tear off slip below
If there are any changes to medical conditions / medications/contact information from the medical consent form you completed at the beginning of this session, please inform the school office.
