Check out today’s edition of the Evening Times. A 2 page article all about our new school and the official opening. A great tribute to the late Dr Isobel Mair whom the school is named after. Dr Mair is fondly remembered in the local community and her memory is kept alive by the school and it’s fantastic facilities.

Congratualtions to Whalsay class for a very successful Communitea morning. They are planning to host this once a month so watch out for the next date.
During Enterprise activities the class helped to design posters and invitations for the event and invited lots of people from the local community.
Mrs Haugh-Reid supported the class and helped them to decide what kind of homebaking they wanted to include and bake. Some favourites included carrot cake, malteser crunch and huge meringues!
It’s been a very busy few weeks for the class but I’m sure you will agree that it was a very successful event.
