In maths Turing have been learning about equivalent fractions and how to simplify fractions. We are getting the hang of it.

We went to Easter Code at the Baptist Church on Wednesday and it was great. We took part in lots of different activities and learned about the story of Easter. We created am Easter egg tree by scratching paper to give us various colours and patterns.

A new Scott Trophy has been made and we are excited that someone in P7 will receive this exceptional award soon.

We took part in lots of activities for World Book Day. We enjoyed the treasure hunt and reading with our little buddies. The whole school made a story and we listened to it at the end of the day through the tannoy.

Today we had a brilliant workshop from the SPCA. We played a card game and learned lots about animals. We also created a robotic rabbit and used coding to control it, it was very cool!

We have been learning all about space travel this week and have created our own space travel timelines. It’s been fun and interesting to see how technology has evolved over the decades.

In art we were learning to create different textures by drawing different patterns. It was great!
