We have been thinking about one of the key messages in Wonder which is ‘chose kind’. We created our astronauts and had to go around the class writing a nice message for everyone. We had to think about why our classes are important, what we admire about them and why they are special. It was really nice to read all the comments at the end.

Euler designed their own theme park this week. They had to use their knowledge of scale to help them draw a scale drawing map of their theme park. They had to create a key and meet the deign specification. It was very enjoyable.

In writing we wrote a reflective piece about an experience which has help to shape us. We had to include our thought and feelings and ensure we were reflecting back on how this event has impacted us. It was hard to make sure we didn’t end up writing a recount.

This week we have had auditions for Crookfur’s Got Talent and we hope members in our class get through to the final!

We really enjoyed continuing to work on our gymnastics and are becoming more confident using the apparatus. It was really fun to learn how to do front flips!

We used our tone and shading skills to create a drawing on the moon landing as we have been learning about the Space Race this week.

We loved watching P6’s assembly all about China, the rap was fun!

We are delighted that Tiya is back from her holiday and we have enjoyed catching up with her 🙂
