Our February issue of Mearns Monthly Mail has arrived! This month we are donating all of the proceeds to UNICEF and their campaign to support Ukraine 🇺🇦

Well done to the whole class for an amazing effort with our second newspaper 📰

This week we began preparation and planning of our Second Issue of Mearns Monthly Mail.

Our journalists, reporters and photographers were out interviewing pupils and staff ahead of or February Edition.

We are delighted that our very first paper sold out twice in two days and we have raised over £150 through sales and advertising.

We can’t wait for you to see our next newspaper!

Today was a very proud day in our class for pupils and Miss Hardie as the first printed edition of our newspaper Mearns Monthly Mail was delivered!

We went round the school to sell copies of the newspaper to other year groups and we have been delighted with the response we have had.

Now onto the February edition!
